We are receiving so many emails asking us whether job offers are genuine or not that we are no longer able to reply individually to each of you. If you have received an emailed job offer that you believe is fake, please submit this to ReportEmploymentScam@amecfw.com. Ideally can you please also attach the technical routing headers from the sender’s email address(es) as this will enable our technical and security departments to track the sender’s account. You can do this by clicking on the Internet Email Headers link, displayed top right of the page linked above.
We have done everything in our power to alert job seekers to these scams and we take no responsibility whatsoever for the loss of any money or personal details which victims of the scam may have sent to the scammers.
We are taking this matter extremely seriously. We very much regret any false hopes you may have been given or any losses you have suffered as a result of these criminals mis-using the respected Amec Foster Wheeler name and misrepresenting us in this way. We liaise with all the relevant legal and police authorities to help them put a stop to these scams as soon as possible.
